This Pork Cutlet Is Stuffed With All The Goods!

I love it when I discover dishes because of tiny little coincidences. I discovered this stuffed pork cutlet recipe just a few weeks ago because my husband was craving for cordon bleu. It was around five in the afternoon and we decided on having a simple seared pork chops for dinner when he popped the question. “Do we have the ingredients for cordon bleu? I feel like having it.” He said the words with those puppy dog eyes and I knew he really wanted it.

Unfortunately for him, we didn’t have chicken in the fridge. I planned on doing grocery the next day, so the fridge is quite empty from other meat. Fortunately for him though, I remember having this recipe from Snixy Kitchen.

It’s a stuffed pork cutlet recipe which stuffing includes parmesan and mushrooms. My family loves any type of mushrooms as they provide this certain flavor to any dish they are added too. And don’t start with the cheese- my family is obsessed with anything cheesy.

So this is what I made. It’s an easy recipe, but I put my husband to work because it’s his fault we’re changing the menu for the night. I am glad I did because even my sons enjoyed the dish.

They are all happy campers; I am one happy mama and wife. We topped the dinner off with a simple homemade ice cream recipe, which is a story for another day. Enjoy this dish with your family!
