Feed The Whole Crew With This Hearty Roast Recipe

Whenever we are having company over and I really want to impress them, I will toss one of these in. It’s nice because you can decide what size roast to make based on how many people are coming over. I usually add in all the fixings too. Mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, bread, salad…. the more people, the more sides I toss in. It makes a nice home style meal that I have yet to hear any complaints on it. The leftover juices make an amazing gravy too when you pull the hunk of meat out, so don’t waste it.
