Jump On The Spring Bandwagon With This Super Easy Lamb Recipe

I love lamb during spring- it’s more tender, with the flavor considerably more tame than lamb in other seasons. It doesn’t mean that I don’t cook lamb in summer, winter, or fall though. I am the type who will cook anything as long as I can find the ingredients in the local grocery. We have an advantage nowadays. Even if some fruits aren’t in season, we can still find them at the local groceries. They won’t be as good as when they’re in season, but they still taste good enough to be used in your cooking.

Lamb is in its best season, at least based on my experience. There’s just something different in lamb meat during spring and some of you may attest to that. They seem to adapt more to the flavors that’s added to them.

I just recently tried another lamb recipe from Mr. Food. It’s called Easy Spring Lamb because one, it’s easy to prepare; and two, it uses lamb meat which can be brought this season.

You don’t have to slave around in the kitchen all day for this recipe that will make your family happy. You just have to put the ingredients together, marinate the lamb, and then roast in it the oven.

Sounds easy? Well, it is easy. You will have your amazing lamb recipe in no time at all.

You can serve this with anything you like- it’s a pretty versatile dish that can be eaten alone or with a few side dishes.
