Serve Dessert With A Flair: This Chocolate Éclair Cake Sure Is Classy

My husband and I had a lot of food adventures as a couple. Food is really one of the things that bind us together- it’s not a joke. Our first date was in a cafe where we shared a dessert. We celebrate momentous occasions as a couple by sharing our favorite food. It was a pretty simple relationship that’s why it lasted for a long time and now we’re here. Our lives just got better with the addition of those two little angels that brighten our day with every little thing they do. I can say that our life as a married couple is pretty dope.

See what our friends from Mr. Food have to say about this recipe:

“Who would dream that it would take just 5 ingredients to make this luscious no-bake cake?”

I am glad this cake recipe came across my attention. I can easily make this for my family, wedding anniversary or not. My kids love this so much and it’s worth making this for them.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.4-ounce) box Keebler honey graham crackers (see Quick Tip)
  • 2 (4-serving size) packages Jell-o French vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups Borden milk
  • 1 (12-ounce) container Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16-ounce) container Hershey’s ready-to-spread chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of an ungreased 9- x 13-inch baking dish with one-third of the graham crackers.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk; add whipped topping, stirring until mixture is thickened.
  3. Spread half the pudding mixture over graham crackers in baking dish. Repeat layers with one-third of graham crackers and remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining graham crackers. Spread with chocolate frosting. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or until ready to serve.
