They Don’t Call This “Spring Casserole” For Nothing

“Spring is in the air and I really do care”- I’ve been singing that line for the past few days now to the tune of one of Michael Jackson’s songs. My kids looked at me as if I didn’t know whether they should accept me as their mother or not. I can’t help it- I feel quite rejuvenated because of the season. There’s something about Spring that makes you want to do a lot of new things. Well, change of season means a new beginning, isn’t it? I feel so confident and so happy that I feel like I can do anything this Spring.

Okay, I’m sorry; I got a bit carried away there. It’s true though; I am pretty much excited about a lot of things that will come this spring- new opportunities and new blessings. There’s a need for an early celebration, I think.

I have a recipe that I wanted to try for spring since it’s called Spring Casserole. It came from Mr. Food, a site where you can see more recipes that you can try for your family. This Spring casserole is just one of those that you can enjoy with the ones you love.

This spring casserole has an ingredient that most might not love-onions. But believe me when I say that this casserole recipe will take your breath away. You will not regret making this.
