The Heart Of The Matter Is This Easy 30-Minute Ham Pie Casserole

This ham pie casserole is amazing- you can serve it during any occasion and you can serve it to anyone. It looks really good, presentable if you might want to make it clearer. You will never be disappointed with the reaction of the people whom you will serve this to. It’s a pretty versatile recipe that will be loved by anyone who will be lucky enough to get a taste. Other than my family, my friends fell in love at first bite with this recipe. They finished the entire casserole in no time- there were six of them.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans Campbell’s condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup Borden milk
  • 1/2 cup Daisy sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick black pepper
  • 4 cups cubed cooked Hormel ham
  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen Green Giant broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
  • 1 (13.8-ounce) package Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and pepper; mix well. Stir in ham and broccoli; mix well. Spoon into  baking dish.

Unroll pizza crust and cut crosswise into eleven 1-inch strips. Place 5 strips horizontally over top of  ham mixture, leaving a space between each strip. Place remaining 6 strips vertically over top, forming a criss-cross pattern.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is golden and casserole is heated through. Serve immediately.
