Steal The Limelight With This Starry Soup Recipe

My family and I attended the birthday party of a daughter of a friend of mine. It was the girl’s 6th birthday and family and friends were invited. It wasn’t a large gathering; it was rather simple actually. Everyone was happy though because it was fun- everyone knew each other and it was easy to mingle. There were games for the kids as well as for the parents. My friend and his husband really turned it into a family affair and everyone just enjoyed it. I would love to have that type of party for my kids.

The food was exquisite by the way. My friend didn’t look for any caterers- she cooked the food all by herself. Home-cooked meals for a party was a good idea. Everyone loves a good home-cooked meal so no one will be able to complain.

There was a game wherein all kids would dance in front in however way they want, and then they should stop when the music stops. The ones who move when the music stopped would be out of the game. Our kids joined the fun and danced their hearts out.

I think the kids got their talent from their dad. They danced so well that no one even cared that they were moving even without the music on. I think our kids just got discovered by a lot of people- star potential? Definitely.

Just like this chicken avocado and lime soup recipe. It’s simple, it’s subtle, but it’s so tasty and savory that you wouldn’t ask for anything more.
