Fall In Love With This Cheesy Baked Rigatoni!

Why Not Let Your Crock Pot Do All The Work For You?

I found myself staring at my crock pot a few days ago after cleaning the dishes for lunch. Don’t get me wrong- I am not insane or crazy. It’s just that I often wonder if the slow cooker can do more than the usual things that I am making it do. Basically, we can cook anything on it including desserts, but there must be something else it can do. After a few minutes of thinking, I just shrugged the thought of and decided to come back to my work.

I have cooked pasta in slow cooker before, but I never liked the result because it’s a bit mushy. But then again, if you chose the right pasta in the grocery, you can still have the texture you want. Just choose the pasta that can survive the slow cooker.

So anyway, while I was busy doing my work, I decided to check my group where we kept sharing recipes to each other. There were new recipes my friends sent there and I checked them all out. Then I saw this pasta recipe that could be cooked in a slow cooker- I got curious and clicked it.

This led me to making this cheesy baked rigatoni recipe for my family the next day. And I assure you that it tastes as good as it sounded. Rigatoni is a pasta that is perfect for slow cooker so it managed to retain that texture.

My family loved it so much. We ate it with homemade garlic bread and a side dish of blanched asparagus. I am sure your family will love this as much as mine did.
