Bacon Makes Everything Better Including This White Bean Soup

I am sure that everyone of us had gone through a bacon obsession phase. In fact, I am pretty sure that most of us are still undergoing a bacon obsession phase. Everyone I know, including my friends and relatives, love bacon. There’s just something extraordinarily wonderful in those seasoned strips of pork parts. When I was a kid, my Mom always made bacon for breakfast. She usually paired it off with sunny side up and home made bread. Sometimes, we ate our bacon with waffles or pancakes. But however we ate it, the bacon always stood out.

My husband loves eating bacon for breakfast along with eggs and pancakes. His favorite breakfast set often includes a few pieces of bacon because it gives him the energy he needs for his day. Sometimes, he even eats ham alongside bacon just for that added kick.

I often hear people say how bacon makes everything better. Well, I can’t say no to that because I always add bacon to give a few of my recipes that flavorful touch. I put bacon in my soup, in mashed potatoes, and even in pastas.

This white bean soup recipe with bacon is another proof how bacon makes dishes taste better. The flavor of the meat adds to the subtle and mild flavor of the beans, making it a whole lot savory. Pair this off with bread and you’re good to go.
