Savory Soup Of The Day: Creamy Broccoli Cheddar

It’s still soup season, at least for me and my family. We always have soup any time of the year anyway, even if it’s blazing hot outside. Soup is a part of our roster of meals that it wouldn’t feel complete without even just a simple soup every week. What I love most about preparing soup is that I can add anything I want on it and it wouldn’t be ruined. You can actually play with the flavors when it came to soup; and that’s the most convenient thing about that.

Creamy soups are our favorite. We love pairing them with freshly made bread and blanched vegetables. Sometimes we eat them with salad too, but mostly it’s vegetables.

One of my family’s favorite soup is cheddar soup. Anything cheesy and creamy is a winner recipe for my family; at least that thing is constant. I always make this soup for them, but I make sure I add something else.

So this broccoli cheddar soup is considered perfect for me. It has that creamy taste that my family loves, but there’s also those broccoli florets that make them a little healthy. If you want an amazing soup recipe, you just gotta try this one!
