The Perfect Paella That Will Never Fail Ya

I have never tasted my Grandma’s paella. My Mom said that when they were little, she used to cook paella all the time. But when my mother and her siblings grew up, she stopped cooking the amazing and flavorful dish. I wasn’t sure whether I will be happy about that or not, because I haven’t tasted homemade paella before. I have eaten a lot though, but most of them were from restaurants. My Mom never cooked it too, simply because it’s not really one of those that you put on your roster.

My husband told me that he ate paella all the time when he was a kid. His Mom knew how to make one and up to now, she still cooks them for guests. And then he told me that if I wanted to, he could cook it for us in the weekend.

Oh my goodness! He never told me he could cook paella. Our sons and I loved it so much.

The combination of flavors in my husband’s paella was so good! He made seafood paella, which was the one I was drooling about the other day. Even my sons loved it so much they asked for another serving!

I would probably request this seafood paella at least every month. My husband will not stand a chance.
