The Ultimate Duo Of Ham And Cheese Star In This Tortellini Recipe!

Whenever I am cooking something that reminds me of my grandma, I feel a bit melancholic and happy at the same time. Melancholic because I will never get to see her again and interact with her again; I can only think about the times when she’s still with us. Happy because I have a lot of memories with her when she’s still alive; most of them were memories inside the kitchen. Oh yes, it’s always food when it comes to me.

Grandma loved cooking pasta. She knew that pasta was everyone’s favorite, so whenever we had a get together in hers and Grandpa’s house, there was always a pasta dish. Everyone in the family loved a good pasta dish including the children; so the serving dish would always be empty by the end of the day.

One of my favorite pastas that Grandma made was her tortellini pasta. She always made them cheesy and creamy and meaty. She did know best what we all loved.

Grandma would also bake garlic bread to go along with her creamy pasta. Her crusty bread was always crusty on the outside and moist and soft on the inside. Just thinking about them right now is making my mouth water.

This ham and cheese tortellini recipe from Delish made me remember Grandma’s cooking. She always loved her pasta savory, just like how we like it. I am pretty sure you are going to love this version that I found.
