Try This Coconut Shrimp And You’ll Never Go Back To Your Old Recipe Again!

I have a lot of friends who tell everyone that they’re on a diet when in reality, they’re not. I was subjected to a lot of diet regimen as a kid because I was too fat. And I know for a fact that it’s really hard to resist temptation most especially if the temptation is food. Abigael is one of those people who think that dieting is easy. She’s not really obese. She’s not even overweight.

She just thinks that she’s fat because no one tells her that she’s fat. I hate to admit it, but some girls really love attention sometimes. We were on a reunion a few days ago and the host, Rob, served the most delicious coconut shrimps.

He told us it was a recipe of his wife and she taught him how to make them just before she flew to visit her parents. The coconut shrimps were really delicious. The coconut breading complimented the taste of the shrimps.

Rob had served them around but Abigael refused to try even just one. But we knew she would never get to resist because shrimps were her favorite. True enough, I caught her snacking at them when I went to the kitchen to get myself a glass of lemonade.

Well, well, well, Abigael. I couldn’t blame you! They tasted divine!
