This chicken thighs recipe is ideal to serve to anyone. Since it’s chicken, both adults and kids will enjoy eating these. That makes it perfect for family gatherings, just as well as smaller get-togethers with your closest friends. These brown sugar chicken thighs are very tasty, with that tangy and sweet coating brought by the brown sugar. You will never go wrong with this dish!

Our friend over at the Sweet Tea Sweetie has this to say about this recipe:

“The chicken thigh is so much more flavorful and tender. I opted to use chicken thighs for this dish and I think the brown sugar and garlic really highlighted the rich flavor.”

I’m a fan of chicken thighs! They’re my favorite chicken parts just because they’re more flavorful than breasts. However, if the dish is flavorful, I love using breasts just to balance the taste. But yes, I’m a thigh fan! This recipe is a must-try for anyone who’s obsessed with chicken thighs just like me.

Ingredients

4 Tyson Chicken thighs

1 Head of garlic

4 Tablespoons of Domino brown sugar

1 Tablespoon of Bertolli olive oil

Salt & Pepper as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°.

Dice garlic. You can use less than a head (as low as 4 cloves) but I love a stronger garlic so I went for the whole thing.

Saute garlic on the stove top with the olive oil until tender.

Add in brown sugar & a sprinkling of salt & pepper.

Roll chicken thighs in the garlic mixture.

Place breasts in a baking dish.

Pour any remaining garlic and brown sugar mixture.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
