Here’s A Crock Pot Dip That Will Feed A Crowd

This dip is so incredibly easy to make.  Since it is a crock pot appetizer, all I do is dump the ingredients in my little appetizer sized crock pot and let it slowly cook on its own until the game is on.  Once guests arrive, I just transfer it to a pretty plate and it is good to go.  Now, if I do not have guests, I just eat it straight out of the crock pot, so do not feel like you need to get fancy.  This is supposed to be an easy appetizer so let’s keep it that way!

Check out what our friends over at Spicy Southern Kitchen had to say about this:

“My very favorite sandwich gets turned into a warm, creamy, and cheesy dip in this Crock Pot Reuben Dip recipe. It’s the perfect appetizer for game day or any party. Since it is cooked in a crock pot you can just leave it in the crock pot to stay warm.”

I so agree! Leaving it in the crock pot is a good option because it keeps it warm for the duration of the party!

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

⅓ cup Thousand Island Dressing

1 tablespoon McArthur milk

½ pound thinly sliced deli corned beef, cut into thin strips and then chopped

1 can sauerkraut, squeezed-dry in paper towels

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1½ cups shredded Kraft Swiss cheese

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, and milk. You don’t need it completely mixed or smooth, but get the cream cheese broken up some.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Transfer to a lightly greased crock pot or a crock pot lined with a crock pot liner.

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 2½ hours, stirring halfway through.
