I’m Tellin’ Ya, This Is Not Your Ordinary Beef Noodles Recipe!

This beef noodles cooked in the slow cooker is also perfect for a supper with a large group of your friends. You can even prepare the house and accomplish all the errands you have for the day while your meal cooks by itself in the kitchen. There is nothing more convenient that that. And for someone who’s juggling responsibilities here and there, that’s the best thing that will ever happen to you in a day.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Tyson Chuck Roast
  • 10.75 oz Lipton French Onion Soup
  • 10.75 oz Beef Consume
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 4 Cups College Inn Beef Broth
  • 24 oz Bag Reames® Frozen Homestyle Egg Noodles
  • 1 Cup Great Value Plain Greek Yogurt (Optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Pour your soup and consume into a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Then add your chuck roast to the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Remove the roast carefully from your slow cooker and set aside.
  4. Add your broth to the slow cooker and turn it on high.
  5. Shred the roast in a mixer or with two forks and then return back to your slow cooker.
  6. Add your Reames® Frozen Homestyle Egg Noodles and stir until the noodles are covered in liquid.
  7. Cook on high for 60-90 minutes.
  8. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if necessary.
  9. Stir in Greek Yogurt before serving if desired.
