Mom’s Roasted Chicken Is Still The Best In Town!

My husband bought me this adjustable roasting rack, but I have forgotten where he bought it. This easy roasted chicken recipe is a blessing to me as a mother! I can serve it any time and it’s just easy to make.

Ingredients

Land O Lakes butter

garlic

Morton salt

McCormick black pepper

onion

McCormick cayenne pepper

*Season the chicken based on your preferences.

 

Instructions

Season the chicken with the ingredients.

Blast  the chicken at 425* for 50 minutes in the oven.
