It’s Your Favorite Focaccia Bread Fresh From Your Home Oven!

One of my all-time favorite breads is focaccia bread. I love it because it tastes like a milder bread version of pesto. I love that it has that strong but subtle flavor that’s not too overwhelming! Whenever I go out to buy bread from the bakery, I always snatch focaccia bread. But I always make sure to get the one fresh from the oven. They taste really good while still warm.

I love pairing my focaccia bread with pasta, most especially the tomato-based and oil-based ones. It tastes so good with pesto pasta and aglio oglio. Sometimes, I eat focaccia with cream cheese too.

This homemade focaccia bread is something that has been recently included in the family menu. I haven’t gotten any focaccia recipe from my Mom. So I had to search online for the perfect focaccia recipe.

I found this one at Bewitching Kitchen. It resulted to this flavorful, soft, and moist focaccia bread that my family instantly loved! My husband couldn’t stop eating it even before dinner; and my kids just had to follow the footsteps of their father.

It’s safe to say that we barely had enough bread left during that night. But I was still very happy because I found another recipe that they enjoy! You can find a full copy of this focaccia bread recipe on the next page.

Enjoy making this for your family and for your friends!
