Spice Up Your Day With This Extra Hot Green Chile Chicken Hash!

My husband rarely complains. He rarely even makes a request. So when he does, I make sure I adhere to the request. A few mornings ago, he asked me if he could have something really strong for breakfast the next day. It was a particularly stressful week and coffee and sugar just wouldn’t do it for him.

 

I said yes, of course. After finishing my work early and making sure my sons were having their afternoon nap, I proceeded to search for a recipe that could give his morning that extra kick. I have a compilation, haven’t I? So I scrolled through all of them, finding nothing. I wanted it to be simple but flavorful.

 

There’s no use in hassling yourself in the morning for a meal that’s not practical. And I’m pretty sure my husband wouldn’t want that too. It’s a stroke of luck that I found this amazing recipe. It’s buried underneath all the recipes!

 

This green chicken chile hash is the ideal breakfast for my husband. It has everything he needs in here including carbohydrates, protein, and that extra kick caused by the spices.

 

When I told him about it, he was ecstatic. The next day, he had about two servings of this and went off for work with an extra hop in his steps. I could say it’s a successful breakfast attempt!
