Single-Serving Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Is Truly Only Yours!

This chocolate chip cookie recipe is perfect if you have friends over. You can serve these cookies in pretty microwavable mugs and serve ice cream on top. This is a perfectly elegant dessert that you can serve to anyone, even those that are mere acquaintances. They will enjoy the simplicity and the classic taste of this dessert. You can’t go wrong with a chocolate chip cookie.

Our friend over at Life In The Lofthouse has this to say about the recipe:

“This cookie is awesome, easy and freakin’ yummy. You just mix up everything in a measuring cup then nuke it in the microwave. Out comes one delicious cookie just for you and only you! Satisfying your sweet tooth without eating a whole batch of cookies will keep your diet in check! High five.”

High five! It’s indeed a perfect way to control even your own sweet urge to munch on cookies. This doesn’t work on my husband though. He’d just snatch my own cup if I measure his serving. I double his for his sweet tooth!

  3. Cook in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds.
  4. *All microwaves heat differently, so cook for 40 seconds then look to see if it’s cooked to your liking. You can cook up to 1 minute total.
