A Tortellini Bake So Good It Made My Mother-In-Law’s Jaw Drop

This amazing tortellini bake recipe has been a true winner dish that night. The pan where it was served was empty in minutes and our host simply looked amused. It was truly a delicious dish that will render you speechless for a moment. It’s so easy to make yet it’s so delicious that you wouldn’t mind eating it for days!

This is truly perfect to serve your family during weekdays when you are a bit busy with everything. My husband is a fan of this recipe now actually!

 

Ingredients

  • 4 C Barilla tortellini (can be frozen or refrigerated)
  • 1½ C Hunt’s spaghetti sauce
  • 1 to 1½ C of Sargento shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp Sargento grated parmesan cheese
  • Parsley for garnish

 

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Toss with desired amount of spaghetti sauce.
  3. Place in a 1½ qt baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. During the last couple of minutes, turn on your broiler so the cheese gets slightly browned.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.

Quick Tip: If you have picky young children in your home OR if you just don’t like nuts, leave them out. This bread will still taste as good.
