This Show-Stopper “Easy Peasy” Pea Soup Is A Guaranteed Best Seller!

When I shared this recipe to my cousin Joanna, she immediately served this for dinner. She said that my nephew has been eating a lot of junk food lately, and she was looking for easy recipes that would get him to eat vegetables. She was successful with a few, and unsuccessful with the others. With this pea soup, she was successful. My nephew asked for another bowl of this!

Our friend over at Wonky Wonderful has this to say about the recipe:

“Winter calls for the long simmering warm-you-up soups. Once the temperatures rise we need some easy, breezy, lighter soups. This Easy Pea Soup Recipe is all of those. You can whip up this soup in about 15 minutes, eat it hot or cold and it makes great leftovers!”

My husband loves eating this as his “snack” whenever he feels hungry at night. He eats this cold and he loves it! He doesn’t even need bread. He just gulps down the soup with that smile on his face. Yes, this is addicting!
