Enjoy Munching On These Hassle-Free, No Bake Cookies!

These no bake cookies are best for afternoon snacks. Serve them with warm milk or with coffee, depending whether you are serving these to kids or adults, and watch them enjoy the no bake treats you made in the comforts of your home kitchen. No one will be able to resist good desserts, not even the pickiest of eaters. And this no bake cookies recipe is considered a good dessert recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Land O Lakes Unsalted Butter- Melted
  • ½ Cup Borden Milk
  • 1¾ Cups Domino sugar
  • 4 tbsp Hershey’s Baking Cocoa
  • 3 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ Cup Jif Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp McCormick vanilla

 

 

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together sugar, cocoa and then add butter, vanilla and milk.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 4 qt crockpot
  3. Pour oats on top of mixture, don’t mix
  4. Spoon peanut butter in the middle on top of the oats, don’t mix.
  5. Place the lid on your crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the cocoa mixture reaches a rolling boil.
  6. Stir well and use a cookie scoop to place two dozen cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheets.
  7. Allow cookies to set for a few hours and then store in a sealed container.
