I Am Addicted To My Mother-In-Law’s Sweet Potato Pound Cake!

My mother-in-law bakes the best sweet potato pound cake and I surely can’t get enough of it. When my husband and I were still boyfriend and girlfriend, I used to go to their house because his mother always invited his friends. She loved to cook for his and his siblings’ friends simply because she loved cooking and always wanted to please everyone’s stomachs. Whenever we go there for lunch, she always served us the best stews or roast pork along with really delicious salad that’s either fresh or creamy. I think I was always her favorite because she settled for creamy whenever I was one of those who came!

This sweet potato pound cake from Heart N Soul Recipes reminds me of my mother-in-law’s sweet potato pound cake. She always served us this newly baked pound cake for our afternoon tea or coffee. The cake was so moist and so soft that just by thinking about it, I feel like I wanted to have one right now (I will probably make one after this). I am addicted to her sweet potato pound cake!
