It’s The Fault Of The Lemon Whippersnappers!

While we’re in college, I was a member of a marketing organization. Initially, before we could be accepted, we needed to fulfill one requirement; and that was to think of ways on how to double twenty bucks. We had two weeks to do just that. There were five of us in the group. I would have baked something for that, but I didn’t have time. It was the semester where my course was so demanding I could barely breathe from all the projects and papers here and there. So one of my groupmates volunteered to bake something for us so we could sell them.

I didn’t have the time to even text them, so when I met them during the day that we’re supposed to sell the cookies, I was a bit surprised and… well disappointed. With the way that groupmate volunteered, we thought she could really do it. It turned out she had planned on buying cookies instead of baking them because she didn’t know how to bake, but some emergency projects came so she asked someone to take care of it. The result was overly dried lemony crinkles that were so hard I swear I cracked a tooth. We didn’t win the challenge, but thank goodness we were accepted. This lemon whippersnappers recipe over at The Seasoned Mom wouldn’t disappoint you. For a recipe that only has a few ingredients, these crinkles sure are a winner!
