Your Family Will Go Nuts Over This Pistachio Nut Cake!

This pistachio nut cake recipe is perfect for large gatherings or just casual gatherings. You friends will love this most especially if you will serve this with a cup of coffee or tea. Your family on the other hand will get addicted to this simply because they will be the first ones to smell the enticing aroma from the kitchen. They will never be able to resist!

That’s true! I kind of tried this with another cake mix and it still tasted great! It’s very versatile and you can actually play with it by adding a few more ingredients that you think will make it extra special. You might want to add a bit more nuts or perhaps chocolate chips just to add a little twist to it.

 

 

Ingredients

1 package Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

1 package Jell-o pistachio pudding mix

4 Eggland’s eggs

1 1⁄4 cups water

1⁄4 cup Wesson oil

 

 

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into a greased bundt pan.

Bake at 350 for about 45-50 minutes.

Quick Tip:  You can top this with the Cool Whip-pistachio pudding mix frosting and sprinkle the top with bits of pistachios.
