Succulent Mushrooms Mixed With Garlic And Tender Pasta – It’s what’s For Dinner, Yo!

I love pasta.  I love going to The Cheesecake Factory and ordering a dish of pasta so big, I have leftovers for two more days.  It is just a fun little thing I do when I am both in the mood for pasta and not in the mood for making lunch for work the next couple of days.  I head over to Cheesecake Factory whether on my own, or with my sisters or husband and I order that dish and have food to spare for a while.  It is a fun way to eat out and stretch your dollar because of how many meals I can get out of one dish.  I absolutely love doing that!

Well, I usually order a pasta alfredo with penne pasta (it is much easier to eat penne pasta at work the next day than twirling fettucine or spaghetti with a spoon and fork) or a pasta carbonara (again with penne).  It is delicious, full of creaminess and I usually always order a white sauce with it or even a pink sauce.  Well, the last time I went they had a special for garlic herb mushroom spaghetti and I decided to go with it…spaghetti and all.  Boy, it was amazing!
