“Get Stuffed” With This Chicken Stuffed French Bread!

This recipe is so incredibly easy.  All you have to do is prepare the chicken slaw in advance and if you have bread, you can have it every night this week! You can totally bake or prepare your own chicken how you like it, but to save time, head to your local supermarket and pick up a rotisserie chicken.  It is already prepared for you and it will be so much easier to just combine all the ingredients and have dinner on the table in no time!

Check out what our friends over at Life in the Lofthouse had to say about this:

“Packed full of flavor with the chicken, ranch dressing, loads of cheese and green onion. It really is so yummy and perfect for a simple and quick weeknight dinner!”

Yep! It is totally simple and my husband loves this for dinner, so I am always happy to serve it!

Ingredients

1 loaf french bread

1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 1/2 cups Kraft Colby-Jack cheese, shredded

2 green onions, sliced thin

1 to 2 cups Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

Slice the french bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves cut side up on prepared baking sheet.

In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cheese, green onions and enough ranch dressing to make mixture wet.

Spread chicken mixture evenly over one half of bread. Top with other half.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
