Buzzed Up Beer Battered Fish – A Southern Delight!

Friday night fish fry at the local diner was always my favorite way to start the weekend.

As a young girl, I can recall a tradition that my family and extended family always took part in on Friday nights: fish fry! We would all go to the local restaurant in town and enjoy fish that was locally sourced in the bay where we lived. I loved going out for fried fish and French fries and getting to spend time with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Our family must have taken up half of the dining room at the restaurant LOL

As an adult, I still enjoy going out for Friday night fish but I have also learned how to make it myself. The following recipe is for an old-fashioned beer battered fish delight. It’s easy to make and tastes great.
