The Iced Coffee Popsicle’s That Transformed Me To A Superhero!

This very simple dessert or snack can be enjoyed by anyone, yes, including kids. However, if you’re worrying too much with the caffeine, you can use the decaffeinated version. It’s probably not too bad if it’s once in a while though, right?

Our friend over at Just A Little Bite has this to say about this recipe:

“I don’t know about you, but the heat makes me soooo sleepy. Since I try not to have more than 1 cup of coffee per day, my new favorite thing has been iced coffee popsicles. I know I’m pretty much cheating on the 1 cup thing, but the mini dose of coffee is the perfect guilt-free afternoon pick-me-up without making me too wired to go to sleep.”

A lot of things make me sleepy, but I know I have to work so my friend is always a cup of coffee. However, during summers, as much as I love coffee, it doesn’t really help alleviate the heat. Iced coffee is too heavy for the stomach sometimes. Thank goodness for this recipe and I found an alternative!

Quick Tip: You can also use different kinds of milk if nonfat isn’t your thing. Just know the total calories will increase slightly.

Thanks again to Just A Little Bite for this amazing recipe.
