These Are Better Than Auntie Anne’s!

I love pretzels. Oh, I love them in any way, shape or form.  I love the hard kinds that are like crackers that you buy in a bag (any shape works for me too, classic, sticks, thick bars, anything really!).  I also love the kinds you buy at the mall, fair or theme parks.  The really classic shaped ones that are thick and really salty.  My oh my they are delicious, especially when fresh.  I remember going to the mall once a week with my grandma and we would always, no matter what, share a pretzel.  We would alternate weekly between salty and sweet, but I always loved the salty better with the side of cheese.

That got me thinking…what if I created a pretzel that already had the cheese inside? You know, it is like infused? It sounded like a good idea but tough at the same time.  I decided to go with a classic shaped pretzel with cheese in it, but man was it hard to make.  It definitely was not convenient at all.  So from there, I decided to make them in little balls with the cheese in it.  That worked perfectly and the results were wonderful every single time I made them!
