With Just 3 Ingredients, You Can Make This Quick And Easy Nutella Mousse

This recipe is so unbelievably easy, and my favorite part? I can fully prepare it in advance. No reheating at the time of eating it, or serving it into dishes, therefore giving me more work later when I have to wash these. I can prepare this in advance, serve them into individual cups and leave these chilling in the fridge until we are ready to enjoy them. The only thing I like to do at the moment is slice a couple of strawberries to serve with this as the tang in them really adds a special little kick!

Check out what our friends over at The Stay At Home Chef had to say about this:

“You can serve this in small bowls or shot glasses, but be forewarned that you are going to want to lick the dish clean and that is really hard to do with a shot glass.”

Oh boy, I so agree! I will admit that when I was alone after our guests left, I used my finger to take out the little bit that was left on the sides of the cups!

Ingredients

3 cups Land O’ Lakes heavy cream

⅓ cup Domino sugar

1 cup Nutella

Instructions

Pour heavy whipping cream into the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl. Pour in sugar. Use a hand mixer, or the whisk attachment on a stand mixer, to whip cream until stiff peaks form.

Scoop the nutella into the bowl. Fold it together using a rubber spatula until all of the whipped cream is brown and loses its streaks.

Scoop into serving dishes, or use a piping bag if you are being fancy.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
