No-Grill BBQ Chicken Bake – It’s What’s For Dinner!

If your guy is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, this is gonna be his dish! Serve this with a side of chunked potatoes or steamed veggies (and if your guy is like mine, both of these!) and you have got yourself one of the easiest and simplest meals to make.  The best part is that you can chunk up your raw potato and layer it over the chicken or on the sides and it will bake alongside it until it is ready to go.  I love making this on lazy nights!

Check out what our friends over at The Pinning Mama had to say about this:

“This barbecue chicken bake makes for an easy dinner with only minutes of prep, and is a crowd pleaser with its tender juicy chicken and bold and delicious flavors.”

Yep!  With a few basic ingredients, you can make this crowd-pleaser of a dish that is full of delicious flavors!

Ingredients

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

4-6 tablespoons Kraft barbecue sauce

½ large yellow onion sliced

4 oz sharp Kraft cheddar cheese

Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in a single layer across the bottom of a glass baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.

Spread barbecue sauce on the top of each chicken breast.

Sprinkle the onions evenly over the top of the chicken breasts then top with cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 350?F for 40-50 minutes or until the juices run clear and the center is no longer pink.

Serve hot over rice or greens.

Enjoy!
