Mom’s Chocolate Spice Tea Cake For All Occasions

Mom told me once that I should have an arsenal of sweet goodies that I could serve in all occasions, so that whenever I am invited somewhere or whenever I find myself having guests, I won’t have a hard time thinking about what to serve them. Obviously, I failed to follow her advice because I still keep calling her for recipes. I remember how she used to be really be ready when we have sudden visitors. She did have her moments when she panicked, but most of the time, she has something delicious to serve to people.

Her spice tea mini cakes are some of those. They’re these little cakes that tasted really good with coffee and tea. I remember how guests used to gush over how delicious they were. Well, I knew how delicious they were because I used to sneak a few pieces for me and my brother (yep, I fed that little gremlin whenever I fed myself). This recipe over at Food For My Family reminds me of those little cakes. They tasted similar and have the same moist and soft texture. Your visitors are definitely going to love these cakes as I am sure you will too.
