Serve This Gut-Healing Sourdough Dressing During Your Next Dinner

I know the holidays are over but I find myself in a state of constant crave mode for some of those yummy Thanksgiving/Christmas foods.

One of these foods includes stuffing. Yummo! I LOVE dressing/stuffing/filling or whatever the heck you call it in your neck of the woods. I call it “awesome.” Anyway, I can’t go around eating holiday food just because as my pant’s size will surely expand.

So, what’s a gal to do to combat a craving? Modify the recipe to be a healthy dish, that’s what she does! This incredible stuffing recipe calls for sourdough bread instead of traditional white or wheat bread. You may be wondering what the heck the difference is and I’ll tell you! Sourdough contains amazing little enzymes that promote good gut flora. This means that consuming sourdough bread won’t bloat you out like a balloon or make you feel overly full.

How’s that for feeding your dressing craving? I’m definitely going to be making this delicious stuffing tonight with my roasted chicken dinner. Enjoy!
