I have a weird thing about dips. Well, to me it seems perfectly natural but my husband says is the weirdest thing ever. You see, I want to serve certain dips with certain crackers, or that certain bread, or whatever it is. You have to serve shrimp dip with corn chips, and you have to serve onion dip with French baguettes. But this dip here is different! This I can literally serve with anything, and it just fits perfectly.
I had my doubts about the combination of spinach and artichoke. I love spinach, but the artichoke hasn’t always been one of my favorites. I guess this dip is exceptional in that sense, too, because these two ingredients seem to bring out the best in each other! Would you think I was weird if I told you I had this with pasta the other day..?
