Reach For This Red Sauce Beef Stroganoff. It’s Delish!

When I was growing up my mother would quite often make beef stroganoff for supper. I remember this dish consisting of a thick, white cream sauce that smothered chunks of beef and noodles. It tasted dreamy. Sometimes, mom would use ground beef instead of stew meat. I later found out she did this to save money. Great idea! I actually liked the ground beef method better anyway. Today, we are making beef stroganoff but it won’t be smothered in a white cream sauce but rather a zesty red sauce. I really like this recipe and it was so very simple to make. I hope you’ll give this red sauce beef stroganoff a shot because you certainly won’t regret it 🙂

Red Sauce Beef Stroganoff is like original beef Stroganoff but with an amazing twist. Sirloin or round steak is combined with egg noodles and covered with a creamy red sauce in this easy 30-minute meal. The sauce makes this dish stand apart, and is made of tomato soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, onions and more. It’s not the creamy white sauce you’re used to, but we have a feeling you may like it even more. – Recipe Lion
