Homemade White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Fudge Makes The Perfect Food Gift

Do you and your family enjoy giving fudge away at Christmas time? Mine sure does! We like to wrap the little squares up in waxed paper and place them into decorative tins. It makes such a lovely gift.

Simple to make and oh so pretty, this delicious White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Candy is perfect for gift giving and holiday entertaining! It has smooth and creamy white chocolate, tart dried cranberries and crunchy pieces of pecans. Making this beautiful little candy fun to give as gifts, or to add a delicious touch of holiday red and white to your dessert platters.

I would love to have this fudge sitting on a pretty platter in the middle of my dessert table. Wouldn’t you? This fudge is truly decadent and a snap to make.

 

 

Ingredients

1 lb quality white chocolate, approximately 3 cups

1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

¼ teaspoon Morton salt

1 teaspoon McCormick vanilla extract

¾ cup Ocean Spray dried cranberries

¾ cup chopped Fisher pecans

 

 

Instructions

Grease a 9″ x 9″ pan with baking spray.

In a sauce over low heat melt the white chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk and salt. Cook and gently stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Remove from heat, add the vanilla extract and stir to combine. Then stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans.

Pour into the prepared pan and smooth.

Chill 1-2 hours in the fridge, or until firm. Cut into small squares and serve.
