Brazen, Bold, And Totally Easy To Make Baked Onion Dip

I am a huge fan of baked dips and this onion recipe really hits the spot.

I got this from a very nice lady who decided to make this for her husband to serve with cocktails for their anniversary. She was kind enough to share this with me…so being the nice Bunny I am, here it is! *smile*

Ingredients

1 Medium onion minced (Red onion, Vidalia or sweet onion)

1 Cup Coarsely grated Kraft sharp cheddar cheese (She told me she like to use Gouda…but that is up to you!)shopping list

1 Cup of REAL mayonnaise (NO Miracle Whip or Imitation, won’t work well)

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients folding nicely with spatula, then transfer it to a oven proof baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes till warm golden and bubbly *smile*

Serve with:Slices of Apple, Scoops Corn Chips, Wheat Thins, Triscuits, Veggies, Pita Triangles, Crostini, Bagette Bread…it basically is great with anything! Serve with the cocktail of your choice or Soda.
