Back Up, Baby! We’re Have Bourbon Chicken Tonight.

Are you looking for a new and tasty chicken dish? Give this bourbon chicken a try as it is so flavorful and tender. The meat will literally fall off your fork. Yum!

This was sooo good! I made the marinade exactly as written and grilled my chicken over charcoal. I was cutting my chicken with a fork! It was falling apart tender. Very tasty

Ingredients

6 Tyson chicken breast halves

1/3 cup maple syrup

3 Tbsp. bourbon

1 Tbsp Bertoli olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tps. McCormick dried thyme

1 tps. McCormick dried parsley

 

 

 

Instructions

Combine, herbs, bourbon, maple syrup, and olive oil in large bowl. Add chicken to bowl and coat well with mixture. Cover and marinate for 3 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove chicken from refrigerator making sure to reserve marinade.

Put marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Place chicken on grill and allow to cook for 20 minutes. Baste with marinade the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking. When juices run clear, remove from heat and serve.

Quick Tip: Prepare and reserve marinade as directed. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Pour remaining marinade into bag. Push air out of bag and seal tightly. Massage chicken and marinade for 5 minutes. Continue as directed. – McCormick
