Slip Into Another Dimension Of Yum With This Slow Cooker Cherry Cola Pork Roast

Oh my goodness, you guys. I didn’t believe this pork roast be good at all and it is in fact, heavenly! You have got to give this a shot.

Ingredients

4 12-ounce cans cherry cola (flat)

2 cups Smuckers cherry jam or preserves

2/3 cup dijon-style mustard with horseradish

3 tablespoons La Choy soy sauce

2 tablespoons Heinz apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon hot sauce

5 or 6-pound pork roast or 7 pounds of pork ribs

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except pork in a sauce pan;

Heat thoroughly, stirring until well-blended;

Place roast (or ribs) in slow cooker and pour cherry sauce mixture over the meat;

Slow cook for 8 to 10 hours;

Serve with noodles, rice or potatoes to sop up the juices!
