This slow cooker meal is very simple to make and tastes like you have been cooking over a hot stove all day long. Which is great, especially if you have special guests coming over! You can pretend you’ve spent all day in the kitchen to serve them this incredible meal – or maybe you’d rather have them think you’ve hired a special chef just for them? Haha!

I so did this! I sprinkled sea salt and pepper on my tomatoes and man, were they ever good with this meal!

 

Ingredients

8 Red potatoes scrubbed and halved

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Green Giant green beans

1 lg. onion cut into eight wedges

2 c. cooked ham cut into bite sized pieces

4 c. College Inn chicken broth or vegetable broth

Morton Salt and McCormick pepper to taste

 

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker.

Cover, and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve with fresh, sliced tomatoes and cornbread for a great Southern meal.
