A Recipe For Blueberry French Toast Goodness

Anne, my absolutely crazy neighbor, tried to come running into my home yesterday morning at 5:45am.  When she realized my door wasn’t open, she knocked and knocked until I could no longer avoid her and had to go downstairs and open the door.  She was still in her PJs with a cold casserole dish in her hand.

I wasn’t planning to ask any question and just go back to bed, but that was not an option. She led me into my own kitchen and told me about this blueberry French toast casserole that she prepared the night before.  She explained in great detail every single step of the process.

She told me about every single ingredient, and then a step by step process of the directions. She couldn’t wait to tell me everything.  When she was finally done talking, she popped it in the oven.  Then we just watched a hallmark movie until it was ready.  When the timer rang, boy did the house smell good.
