What You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 2 cups confectioner’s sugar

  • 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas

  • 1 teaspoon heavy cream

  • 1/3 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers

 

What To Do:

  1. In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy. Add confectioner’s sugar and mix until combined. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Use immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.
