Cinnamon pudding cobbler is truly a darling dessert. Make sure you eat it out of dainty little glass bowls to make the experience even more enjoyable. I mean, who doesn’t feel like a princess when eating out of a dainty glass bowl? Okay, guys, I get it, you don’t want to feel like a princess, feel free to use a paper plate lol!

 

 

Ingredients

1 cup Gold Medal self-rising flour

¾ cup Domino sugar

½ cup TruMoo milk

2 tablespoons Wesson vegetable oil

1 teaspoon Mccormick vanilla

1+3/4 teaspoons McCormick ground cinnamon

¾ cup Domino brown sugar

1+3/4 cup hot water

Instructions

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Spread batter into an 8×8 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lightly greased.

In a small bowl, stir remaining cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of your batter.

VERY SLOWLY pour the hot water over the batter by pouring it gently from a corner of the dish.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
