Do you like comfort foods? I sure do! I mean, granted, we can’t eat comfort foods every single day or else we’d be as a big as a house, but there is no harm done in indulging ourselves from time to time. This cheesy bacon pierogi casserole is something to indulge in. it’s creamy, dreamy, and ever so yummy. My husband and kids did backflips off their dining room chairs when i served them this.
I actually first heard of this recipe from my lovely neighbor, Sally. Now, Sally is always coming up with interesting things to eat. She’s a great cook, too! So, I thought it would only be fair for me to share this recipe with all of you. I mean, how could i keep something as tasty as cheesy bacon pierogi casserole to myself?
