St. Peter Angel Cake Bars – It’s A 3-Ingredient Pumpkin Recipe, Y’all!

Check out what my friends at Recipe Lion had to say about this Pumpkin Spice Cake:

“Making pumpkin bars with cake mix is the best way to fix a quick dessert that actually tastes amazing. This recipe for 3-Ingredient Pumpkin Angel Cake Bars is an easy dessert recipe that only uses cake mix, canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice, plus additional ingredients for a simple glaze. Some recipes with such few ingredients don’t produce the right consistency, but this pumpkin bars recipe is perfectly dense yet fluffy like cake bars should be.”

That’s the thing about pumpkin… it always makes baked goods moist! It’s like a miracle ingredient I swear! Give this a try before judging and you will see why it’s an easy favorite for all!
