When That First Bite Of Cold Air Nips At Your Nose, Warm Up With Stuffed Pepper Soup!

I remember my mom alway making stuffed peppers and stuffed cabbage rolls when I was growing up. In fact, we called the stuffed cabbage rolls, “pigs in a blanket.” A lot of people think that hot dogs wrapped in bread dough are pigs in a  blanket but I disagree.

What do you call cabbage rolls in your neck of the woods? Anyway, I’m off topic yet again lol! Today, I wanted to share this remarkable stuffed pepper soup with you.

Guys, this soup is so hunger0busting and filling. I’m telling you, it really hits the spot on a cool day. With fall quickly approaching, stuffed pepper soup is just what the doctor ordered.

This soup tastes just like my mother’s stuffed pepper casserole but in liquid form. The spices, herbs, and other ingredients take me back to my childhood. I love moments of nostalgia, don’t you?
