5 Weeknight Meal Heroes! – Save Your Supper With These Fantastic Dinners

Million Dollar Chicken certainly has a justifiable name. It’s worth every ounce of effort that you put into making it, with isn’t very much. By that, I mean, it’s super easy and tastes fabulous. Even if this meal was hard to cook, I’d still make it because of how yummy it is.

Indeed, this meal does taste like a million dollars but it’s very economical to make. I’d like to think that this is a budget-friendly dinner.

 

 

Ingredients

8 pieces of Tyson chicken

250 ml Kraft mayonnaise (1 cup)

125 ml chutney (1/2 cup)

10 ml French’s mustard (1 tablespoon)

65 ml Smuckers apricot jam (1/4 cup)

187 ml water (3/4 cup)

1 packet Lipton onion soup powder (55g)

Instructions

Place chicken pieces in a casserole.

Mix all of the other ingredients together.

Pour over chicken.

Bake for 60 minutes at an oven of 160 degrees celsius (320 – 375 deg F).
