There’s Nothing Devilish About This Ham Spread. It’s HEAVENLY!

Deviled ham spread is good to serve at parties. One time, I made finger sandwiches using deviled ham spread and thinly sliced cucumbers. It was great! Feel free to get creative, but make sure you tell em all about your ideas in the comments 🙂

Check out what a happy reviewer over at Group Recipes had to say about this recipe:

“Oh, This Sounds Good! Much Better Than That Stuff In The Cans.”

I would have to agree that this homemade version of deviled ham salad is far better than anything you could ever buy in a can.

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound chopped ham

• 1/2 small white onion, cut into chunks

• 1 teaspoon McCormick paprika

• 1 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire sauce

• 2-3 tablespoons Frank’s hot sauce

• 1 tablespoon French’s yellow mustard

• 1 (8-ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup Kraft extra sharp yellow cheddar

• 1 handful chopped flat-leaf parsley

• 1/4 cup small pimento olives, sliced or minced dill pickles

Instructions

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except olives and pulse until it is a paste-like dip. Remove to a serving dish and top with olives or pickles. Serve with crackers.

Quick Tip: Feel free to leave the cheese, parsley, olives, and dill pickles out of the recipe if you’d like a more classic version of this deviled ham salad. As you can see by my picture, I made a batch with just the ham and seasonings.

Thank you to Group Recipes for this great recipe.
